The maximum group size for a Guided Walk and
Hill Skills Days is determined in conjunction with the group
and with risk assessment based on terrain and skills / experience of
members. The maximum group size for NNAS Training days
is six.

Prices included two
nights self catering accomodation in double rooms, with food
and drinks provided for self catered breakfast and packed
lunch. There is a £30 supplement for a single
room
Terms and conditions
Most people book a
guided walk to get away from rules and regulations.
However, we include the following to give you full
confidence in our competence and professional approach. When you book we will
ask you to compete a booking form and will send you a
briefng pack. Here are the key points you need to bear in
mind.
Booking
A non refundable deposit of 25% of the
bookng fee is payable when booking, the balance
to be paid at least two weeks before the date of the walk or
course.
Payments to be made by cleared
cheque, cash or electronically through your Pay Pal account if
you have one.
If you cancel
a booking we will refunds as follows:
- cancellation 7 to 14 days before the
walk or course 50% of the booking fee will be
returned.
- less than 7 days before the walk or
course 25% of the booking fee will be returned.
If we
have to cancel a walk for any reason, we will try to offer a suitable alternative date,
failing this we will refund the full amount you have
paid.
It is the responsibility of clients to ensure they are at
the designated meeting point at the agreed time.
We
shall not be liable for any damages caused by the total or partial
failure to carry out the contract if such failure is
attributable to the client, is unforeseen or unavoidable, beyond our control and
/ or attributable to a third party.
Insurance
Finally, please note that our public liability
insurance covers loss, damage or injury incurred as a result of our
misjudgement, not yours. If you think you need any additional
personal insurance cover in respect of cancellation, injury, death,
lost or damaged items, liability, medical expenses and repatriation,
you have to arrange this yourself. The BMC
